Default ESCs and brushed motors

Does anyone here know if running a 19T on a Wheely King will frag the ESC? I think it's rated down to 21T, so according to HPI it's a no-go, but what will happen if I do run a 19T? Will it just overheat? If so, would running a fan on it help?

If all that was to fail a Castle Sidewinder will take a 19T no problems wouldn't it?

Before you ask, this isn't for a crawler, I know low-turn motors aren't for crawling ;)
