| CC BEC Question
Hopefully this isn't a stupid question, but here goes anyway. For those of you that followed this diagram rather than the diagram on the BEC instructions; how are you guys wiring between the BEC, steering servo and receiver? Are you cutting the orange signal wire close to the BEC and then connecting it into the receiver plug by itself? If you do that, then you won't be able to program the BEC again, right? Do these things ever loose there brains and need re-programmed? Or, are you using a servo extender and modifying it instead? Pictures would be nice if you have them. Or, am I just over-thinking it? |

I wire mine like this and it works great, i modify a servo lead ext so I dont have to cut the ccbec. and if you wanna run 2 servos just use a y connector. |

Thanks. I just don't see the need to run more volts to my dig servo. It seems to working fine as is. Maybe I can be persuaded though.

I run mine with the abandoned signal wire coming from my ESC. My signal-power-negative on the BEC all plug into my Spektrum r/x in the battery spot. Your diagram doesn't show a battery spot on the R/X. I suppose it works both ways if Ken is doing his that way. Last edited by helhedded; 08-29-2008 at 03:54 PM. |
