Default Lipo Cut off & BEC

OK all I have the lipo system from CKRC and I also am running a CC Sidewinder with the castle link to program the cutoff voltage. The issue here is I'm not sure at what voltage I should program the Cutoff. Also I am running a CC BEC. I read that I can hook it up to my link as well and program an output volt for it to go to the receiver. I am guessing this should be 6 volts but I could be totally wrong. If anyone would like to take the time to enlighten me I would greatly appreciate it. Sorry for the noob questions but I am a total Electronics Retard.

Default

Set the LVC to 3V/cell for Lipo. (2S=6V, 3S=9V, etc.)

Yes, set the BEC via the Castle Link to 6V but it is more for the servo than the receiver. (The servo will move with more strength and speed.)
