| will my charger work?
i have this battery charger http://www.hobbypeople.net/gallery/158333.asp and i was wondering if it would charge the batteries i just bought http://www.tcscrawlers.com/TCS-Crawl...r-p-16620.html the battery charger only charges in 2A 3.5A and 5A and there is a thing for the batteries saying only charge them at a maximum of 1.5A will i be able to charge them at 2A safely? and will it damage the battery's? |

I believe that is onlt good for SC cells. I would be cautious

I wouldn't. I usually charge my saddle packs at 1.0 amp. They say maximum of 1.5 amps. I wouldnt push 2.0. I'm not saying it's impossible but risky like Batt man said.

alright, guess i'm gonna have to buy a new charger, thanks for the help though....... would hate to ruin my batteries and end up buring down the house >_<

Although I dont like em, Look into the super brain 960's if your trying to save some coin. Personally I would pony up to an Elite or Hyperion charger. My personal fav is the Elite 5i-BC and it's probably the cheapest of the higher end chargers. Very simple to use. Interface is similar to a hyperion. Just less the features you dont need.

actually....... i just bought the Elite 5i-BC w/ the AC adapter last night took me all day to narrow it down to a charger, started out with prob 10 different ones, now i just need everything to get in and i will be able to run my truck again |
