| 2S vs 3S LiPO. What's the difference besides the amount of cells?
I saw a lot of people use 3S LiPO instead of 2S. What is the advantage of going for a 3S LiPO?

when you use a higher capacity higher voltage battery you can gear down and get more torque and still have all the wheelspeed needed. Also it will give you longer run times due to the fact that you will be lighter on the throttle most of the time. |

3s just gives more power, and more wheelspeed if you want. I run 2s on my 2.2 crawler to keep my CG lower (currently).

Holmes has to be one of the most helpful guys on here. His words are god on the mouths of all small children and crawlers. Bless you Holmes. Amen.

All man crushes a side. I'm also running 2s in my AX based comp rig and will go to 3s once I build my new MOA rig. More power, torque, and speed on 3s. |

Yeah, it is really close in speed. The 35t has more power if the battery will dish it out.
