Default lipo question please help a newb:)

hey i have a rooster esc and im wondering whats the highest voltage lipo battery i can use with it? ive been running nimh packs but im not getting more than 20 mins run time... any advice would be appreciated

thank you guys! now when the when it says 1000mah on the pack, what does that mean and how high can that go for the rooster? sorry for the birdbrain questions. i realy want to get something that runs the longest with the most power
