Exclamation Help.help.help

i have a tlt based rig that is setup with a integy 45 turn motor...in the past i have had trouble with a few integy motors and i know they "arent the best ones out there" but i dont want to spend alot so my problem is that the thing isnt spinning and when i throttle it, it will twist barely (like a sudden jolt) and then wont do anymore!! any ideas to get this thing working??? im positive i have it wired up correctly

-thanks for any ideas
