Default Glitching, Bad Battery Pack or something else?

I've been battling low throttle glitching since i got my rtr ax10. I upgraded to a losi spektrum rx/tx and it seems to have fixed the low throttle glitching. I can crawl as slow and steady as I want now with no problems. Now though I am getting glitching or hard studdering when I have to go wot in a tight spot and i need some torque to pull me out. I do notice the light on the receiver starts blinking when this is happening. That don't seem normal to me.? I also found that changing the battery pack in the truck seems to have almost gotten rid of it completely. Am I dealing with glitching a bad battery pack or even bad esc? I didn't have the wot glitching/studdering before changing my rx/tx.

Thanks
