Default Radio Setup with Dual ESC's

Ok someone who runs supers can probably answer this but i havent been able to find it.

On a stick radio can i set up where the left side up/down controls the throttle and the right side up down will vary the power from front to rear?

Example: Pushing the left stick forward and leaving the right stick centered will accelerate both esc's forward equally. Pushing the left stick forward and moving the right stick forward will mix in more front esc and less rear. Pushing the right stick all the way forward would leave the rear esc at the neutral position.

I think this would be accomplished through the mixing on any top end stick radio but i dont fly planes so i have no idea. I figured i would ask before i start shopping for a radio.

The search feature is your friend.

For starters you should look this thread over:

You will have to mix channels unless you always want to drive using both sticks.

Thats not quite the idea i had in mind but it sounds like the mixing feature might work for what i want.

Has anyone tried it like this?

I have my left stick mixed to both front and rear esc.....then my right stick is just the rear esc.
So when you lean back on the right stick it starts cutting power to the rear esc. THen if you push forward it adds to the rear throttle. So for your example you would just have to reverse the right stick.

So to answer your question, just mix both channels to your left stick, then decide which way (nor/rev) to set the right sticks channel to get it to work like your wanting.

Can both channels be mixed on the right stick to trim both esc's?
