| First Project and steering trouble
I just finished my first build (TLT) and it was going good untill I started doing all of the wire work.I have a 55t lathe motor, Novak XRS sport reversible and a hitec 645mg servo (no 4ws). I have it all hooked up and the motor works fine but the servo will not do anything. I did accidently plug the esc into the batt. plug on the reciever but I realized my mistake and put it on the throttle channel. So now I turn it on and everything works but the servo any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

u prob hav but check all the wiring etc and plug is the right way around although if you hav a reciever battery i would unplug the esc, plug that in and check if the steering works then - as it could be that the ESC is not givving out any juice Although you may have done something to the ESC plug when you put it in the battery slot :? as on mine they are slightly different.. just a thought |

Although swicthing your wires may fix your troubles. Something to keep in mind. I don't know if you have a rec. battery,do you? I've ran the XRS before in our Twin crawlers. The XRS doesn't have a BEC rating worth spitting on and can and probly will cause glitching and such without the rec. battery. Just thought I'd post up and give you a heads up if you didn't know already. |
