Default Onyx 220&battery Questions

I am having trouble figuring out my onyx 220 charger and wolfpack 3600 batts. One question that I have is that the instructions say to set the capacity of my charge to 110-130% of the batt capacity. That means my 3600 should be charged with a capacity set at 3950-4700 mah., is this right?

Also regarding the peak detection, it says to set it at 3-7 millivolt for NiMH batteries. Is this for each cell or the whole pack?
The box the batts came in say to charge at 12-18 millivolt. Which do I go by? Please help. Thanks.:?

set capacity to anything over the actual capacity. 110-130% is fine.

It uses a "per cell" figure for the voltage drop. It is for each cell. The battery's box probably referring to the whole pack. Using 3 mv should get you to 18 mv total for the pack. You may find that it needs increased to 5-7 mv per cell.

I think i'll just use 3 mv for now, because the pack says not to go over 18 mv. I appreciate the help!
