Almost a living room fire

Wife is not a happy camper! Was goofing around with the WK, and the XPS micro (which I knew was too small for this rig in the first place) started to smoke, then pop, then light on fire!

So, I drug the car out to the snow outside, and doused the speed control.. fire is out, and here is the aftermath.. I guess its a good thing I bought a rooster from Bowtie on here, and it should be here shortly! Sorry for the poor photo quality.

Why did you do that in the first place? lol. Did it damage the truck at all? I think you got pretty darn lucky on that one

I bought the rig used and that is how it came. It didn't damage anything else as far as I can tell
Everything is still functioning.
