Default problems with castle link

I just bought a sidewinder kit and purchased castle link at the same time. I intalled the new esc and motor, then I started on the castle link. I put the disk in my computer and the wizard came up. It started to install at the last point of the install a prompt came up that said the product could not install properly because a missing file. so I got on castles web site and downloaded the program, It started to install and the same prompt came up at the end. can anyone help me:-(:-(

I have vista and it worked for me.

Do as MNorby said. Save the file then right click and run as admin. I am not positive that this works on the 64 bit vista though.

WRONG

32 bit Vista is fine as long as you right click and install it as an administrator. 64 bit Vista will not work.

I should have clarified, I'm running 64 bit Vista, and it does not work for me.

Right on. Should be, and usually is.
For some odd reason I had to run Castle Link in XP compatability mode on my Vista 32 machine. It works just fine, though...........

I call B.S.

Castle never released a 64 bit version of the software so how do you figure you got it to magically work?
