| Does anyone mod their normal stick batterys??
Does anyone on here take there normal batterys and break them down to the saddle/split style? just curious cause I have 2 or 3 batterys that I don't wanna go to waste now that i've added the battery plates on the sides of the servo.

Definitely. When I first started crawling I resoldered my stick packs in custom configurations. I have since gone all lipo, but using the sticks packs you currently own saves money. Here an old picture of one: I made other styles as well. Just make sure each cell is individually wrapped. Stick packs don't have each cell wrapped. Electrical tape is fine to wrap them in. |
