| Weird electronics glitch... HELP!
I have an AX10 RTR and I have modified it significantly, but still have the stock electronics. It started exhibiting some odd symptoms today. Basically, the throttle doesn't respond consistently, its just intermittent. As I pull the trigger to apply throttle, it does nothing for 4-5 seconds, then hops forward 1-4 feet and stops again. A few seconds later it does it again. The steering is fully responsive without any hiccups, the battery is fully charged and the wires seem to be all connected as they oughta be. Maybe I need a new ESC? Any thoughts on what the issue is? THANKS. |

First test is to make sure your antenna wire isn't touching any metal or close to any other electronics. If you can for testing hold it completely away from everything and see if it still glitches.

absolutely no chance of water contact. Also the antenna seems to be fine, its not touching any metal. Sometimes when the truck isnt responding, I wiggle the wires and it works... Do I need to re-solder a connection? |
