Default Rooster not programming

I have a brand new Rooster that I'm using with a Novak 55 airtronics 92837 RX, and Sanwa MX-3 TX. When programming the throttle on the rooster the LED will not blink green like it does on my AX-10. If I use my AM axial radio with the same ESC it will work. I think the problem might be in the RX. Any ideas on how to fix or troubleshoot?

Thanks guys

Yep I've checked over everything multiple times. The first and third channel work just not the second....I think maybe something is screwed up with the RX.
