Did you run the same battery pack as before?
Was it hotter outside today?
Check your gear mesh to make sure its not too tight.

Damn, I was hoping for the simple solution.
Does it get hot at idle or only after you've ran it a while?
Make sure you don't have any wires touching at the ESC solder posts.
Try a different battery.

yup it gets hot at idle with in about 2 minutes its warm and this was also with a diffrent battery could it be that its got 2 servos going and no bec? i checked every spot and not touching wires or anything the wire to the reciver also get warm but not hot.
i have a small brushless fan sould i put it on the esc? if so how should i run seprate power to it (it can hanle 12v)?
