Question Sensored brushless versus brushed

Hi guys,

i wander what is the real advantage or disadvantage of these two different systems? Anyone tried both to compare? What are pro/cons of both and why to prefer to use your sensored brushless or brushed when you tried both?

i saw 18.5t sensored brushless being compared to brushed 55t. Losi now has 21.5t sensored brushless, so it is super slow? why you need it then if you use losi's crawler with worm gear?

Thank you in advance.

I am going to bump this topic as I am also very interested in the performance differences. I am considering both for an MRC build...

I run both in different rigs, one comp AX-10 has a Novak Goat sytem with the 21.5 motor while my Berg has 2 55T brushed motors. I don't see a significant advantage in performance in one over the other, both are great at smooth slow startups and remain smooth under power. They both have there own behavior, but they work great in the rigs they are in.
