Default Hyperion 606i low voltage after charging lipo

After I charge my 6000 2s max amps lipos the hyperion 606i says there is an improper cell voltage. I know this is not right because I unplug the battery and replug it in and it will say 419 and 420 per cell. I usually charge the batterys when they are balanced and around 3.40 per cell. Anyone have this happen? What should I do?

I know it might sound stupid, but make sure it is set for 2 cell.

Just checked the charger and it is set at 6000 2s. I think it is a charger problem because the charger will charge the batteries fine but freak out and beep when its done charging.
