|  am/fm tx rx
so i have a futaba 2ph tx and rx, i have a tx that i like better but its fm, if i put the am crystals in in the fm tx would it work or does it have to be an am tx already?

The crystals might work, but you can't mix FM and AM Tx and Rx. They are 2 different methods of transmission.
