| Suggest a servo for my scaler.
My SCX10 is gonna need a servo. I probably don't need crazy torque with it's 1.9's but the more the better IMO. I'm looking for something reliable, somewhat affordable, and waterproof if possible. It seems that the Hitec 645MG and 5645MG are pretty popular, but their torque output doesn't seem very high to me... or am I still thinking in comp rig terms? Thanks! |

I use the 645 for my 1.9er and a 5645 for my 2.2 scaler. They work fine and for the price they are great. Never had a problem with either of them.

a 645 should probably work unless you put like 10lbs of lights on it hahaha

Thanks guys. I plan on keeping this truck pretty light so I guess that will do the trick.

The 5645 seem to last a lot longer than a 645 and have a fair amount more tourqe. pretty hard to beat for $50

The hobbico cs150 (or cs170) is a rebranded hitec for alittle less. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXNRT1&P=SM |
