Default Torque Sleeves and Caps on Lathes

Do I need capacitor(s) on a lathe run with an EVX? I'm making a list for my next Tower order so far I'm just picking up some no solder leads, but I can't justify 7.99 shipping for a part that only costs 4.79. Does anyone run torque sleeves on these things? Mine from my Titans fit perfectly on the Integy can.

I ran the sleeve on my clod with lathe's, it was hard to tell if it actually made a difference. the capacitors should be put on all motors to reduce glitching. I get mine at radioshack for half the price at tower.
