| Radio Shack Charger?
Nothing on search. I was in there today to look for the GP 3300, and saw a pile of chargers there. http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...07&tab=summary Anybody tried it? |

the site gives no specs or any idea what they call fast charge.go to your local rs to see if they have one in stock and see if there's specs on the box to give you an idea of how fast it charges or it's charging rate.should be on the box Quote:
get a quality charger, you'll be much happier with it | |

For the price you could find a way better charger.

Dont waste your time. I used to work at radioshack. Doesnt even say how long it takes to charge batteries. They used to sell a "15" minute quick charger. That 15 minutes was to charge a 1500mah NICAD battery. To charge a 3000mah NIMH battery it took about an hour. For $5 more you can get a REAL charger. Works 12v and 120v and is a really great unit. I love mine. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXAVN1&P=ML |

Yeah it says on the box it takes about 45 min for 3000 mah, or something like that. Not sure why it says it has a timer, because it lists different times for different mah's, but there's no way to set it. I just thought it would be better than my 4 hour timed charger... but since I can get that one, thanks adam, i'll be doing that. |
