Default 2.4Ghz Radios

I'm tired of the glitchiness in my 27Mhz Radio system, so I want to go to a 2.4Ghz system. Are they hard to set up or fairly easy? I found 2 that I'm interested in, keep in mind I am not doing a Dig setup or 4 wheel stear.
Let me know what you guys think, thanks a million!

If these aren't any good, what else is out there in the $100 range that comes with everything needed?

Dont buy the seccond one unless your doing 4ws. Period. It used the steering knob for the 3rd chanel so that wont work for dig purposes.
Ive heard good things about the first one though.

Do the 2.4Ghz's mess with the electronics like 27Mhz's do (keeping it away from the ESC)?
