The Hobbico CS-150 has 200 oz of torque and it runs about $40 and the CS-170 runs about $80 and has over 300oz of torque. There both great servos and the price is right.

TowerPro has 208oz of torque i think, cheapest one i seen on ebay was $11 shipped, i had one and had no problems with it, other may say differently. It was "noisy" but worked great and was strong.

Default towerpro 995

I bought 2 for $17 and put them on my clod crawler which has 40 series tires. They wouldn't even turn the wheels. I don't know if i got a couple week ones or what, but what's the chance that both of them are faulty? I read a few reviews that said they fudged the numbers on the torque ratings and that they weren't as strong as they advertised. I also read reviews that said they worked just fine though. So I don't know what to believe.

I use these cheapo towerpros on my kids rigs since their radios dont have EPA's .http://www.hobbypartz.com/2xmgmegehisp.html
They do ok. But for less than 10 bucks each i dont expect much.
Some last a few months some last a few minutes.
I put one of these in my mrc and it is holding up well.

the cheaper 995 Tower servo is still better then the cheaper Hitec's and you can by at least 5 of them for the price of a Hitec.
Bite the bullet and get at least a 300-400oz unit when ya can.
