Default short on money .. help alternative choices

bumd my mm 7700 burnd up on me and i was looking for alternative fairly in expencive swaps .. or if possible can i take the motor apart and make it work again with advice .. when i spin the shaft i can hear a slight grinding noise and when it plugd to the esc it stutters .. can it be fixd

fixing it would be prefurd

i dont know if castle sells a rebuild kit
but most likely no
but you could crack it open and see if any dirt or rocks got in there by chance

Chances are if you hear something rattling around and there is grinding and stuttering the magnets have come apart. Not sure if Castle sells replacement magnets but it can't hurt to give them a call and see. They may even fix it for a reasonable fee.

did a quick google image search and didn't come up with much. Just this:

Also found this on taking it apart to change the bearings, it may help:

Maybe try googleing a little more and see if something else pops up.

I would contact castle before taking it apart, i think you can replace the bearings thou.
