Default Motor capacitors?

I am experiencing what was explained to me as motor noise interference and was told that motor capacitors could help. When crawling at super low speed, like almost not moving at all it will lurch forward over and over. I bought my Rooster Crawler second hand but it did come with the capacitors. Does anyone have a good picture or diagram of how I need to install them on the motor? I read the instructions on the esc but it wasn't very clear to me.

I'm sure there's a write-up somewhere on-line, but it's easy. Twist the leads of 3 caps together in a triangle arrangement with one cap forming each side of the triangle. One leg (twisted pair) to ground/motor can, the other 2 legs go to the +ve and -ve connections respectively.
