Default Unplug bec after running truck?

i just put a bec on my truck and was wondering if i should unplug it after im done running the truck. the bec has a green light that stays on and my rx has a red light that blinks. will the lights run my batteries down or can i just leave it plugged in all the time. just don't want to drain the batteries or kill the bec leaving it on.

Always unplug the battery when done playing, forget switches, there will still be a drain.

Consider the battery plug the switch, I always solder my on/off switch wires together at the board.

Screw switches, plug it in to turn it on, unplug it to turn it off.
