Default Lipo chargers

first off yes iv searched and yes iv read :p any who, so im swapping to lipo

my set ups goin to be FXR, tekin pro 35t hand wound , CC BEC and some 3s 1500mah lipo rated at 25c.

im looking for a decent charger / balancer that will work off DC and AC current (im not sure if they make an AC one, but iv read about modding the comp power suply to use)

so im just curious as to what you guys are useing. id preferably like to NOT break the bank but i also dont wanna burn my house down with over chargeing these things lol. would be nice if it had the "storage" charge settin aswell

that being said i know as much about lipos as i do vacuming.. so back to reading i go and hopefully some one can give me a bit of insite, and maybe a link if your feeling generous

TIA

You may need to get an additional addaptor board depending on your balance plug.

I've got a Duratrax Onyx 230 charger and I love it.

It's pretty cheap as well but you will need to buy some adapters depending on what type of plug you run on your batteries

x3 on the onyx 230, no balance but charges up to 7 amps on AC power. and great price. my only complaint besides the no balance is that it loses the stored settings when unplugged.

This is great charger for the $$ The t6 one for $45 is the same as the venom $130 one i have!! Its out of stock right now.
2 of my friends have the AC6 and it works great! The only differance between the Ac6 and the t6, is the t6 needs an external PS and has a built in fan.

Both me and my bro in law use the Venom's and are very happy with them. Charges, balances, and has the storage charge feature. Can use plugged into the wall or the banana clips off your car battery.

Cheapbatterypacks.com carries both of the lipo chargers that I am currently using.

The Hyperion EOS0606i $129.00 and the ELITE61ACDC $85.00

I use a thunder power 610-c. I have one and so does my son. been very happy with them. The screen on one of them got lighter and lighter until it was totaly blank. Thunder power repaired it at no cost. I think i paid shipping there, and they paid the rest. A+
