Default What lipo for my setup? Please help.

First let me say that I did search and could not find exactly what I was looking for.

I have finished building my AX-10. Now the only 2 things left to purchase are lipo batteries and I guess a CC BEC.

I have an ax-10 with stock tranny and the following electronics.
Tekin 45T pro motor
Tekin Fx-R esc

I don't want anything to large in size because I will most likely run it over the front axles. I know I want to run 3S, but not sure about mAh size or "C" rating size. What can you guys recommend?

Also I am using an iMax 6 charger with this. Thank you.

typically yu can only get about 2000MAH and still have it on the front axle 15-1800 seems to be the norm, any bigger and it just doesnt fit. as far as c rateing goes you should be fine with about 25c or more, the high turn motors (45,55,65t) dont have a big draw, and with crawling your not full throttle all the time any way.

alot of guys seem to be having good luck with the "e-bay " lipos saying they are just as good as the big $ brands... my set ups goin to be basically like yours excpet i went with the 35T pro motor..

these are the batteries i have

Ya want something in the 1100-1500 ah range not longer than 70mm and at least 25c continuous. 1500 will give ya up to 45 min runtime, a 1100 about 35 min.
I'm running these:

3S 1100 good for 30 minutes in a crawler like yours. They are on sale at this time so if you register as a member you can get an additional discount off the sale price as well.
