I have an AX10 with a 55T Novak motor and stock kit gearing. I was wondering what kind of run times I would get from 6 cell and 8 cell saddle packs?

IF you are using 1500mah 2/3A cells NiMH saddle packs, then depending on how heavy you are on the throttle, and how much weight you have added to the truck, you might get 45 minutes +/-. There are a bunch of variables including driving style, weight, gear mesh, terrain, and others that can effect battery life.

I use a 1500 seven cell pack and I get easy 45 min. Sometimes close to a hour or alittle more. I have a AX10 ARTR with a Novak Rooster Combo motor and speed control. My rig's weight is 5.8 pounds. Hopefully that helps. |

If your running the Rooster ESC you can only use a 7 cell max pack. Your not supposed to use an 8 cell pack on the Novak Roosters. I run a 6 cell saddle pack from Max Amps and get and average of 30 minutes. Keep in mind that my ax10 is a tank an I do a lot of vertical climbing. Hope this helps.
