| Associated A.I. super reverse questions
Is anyone using the Associated a.i. super reverse esc? I picked one up and installed it in my AX10. The thing is glitchy. When turning, the throttle won't work. On acceleration, there is a severe lag in the power. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, |

I believe the internal BEC in the AI's is at 5v 1.2a (2.0a for 30sec MAX)

So figured out BEC and CCBEC. However, the stock axial has a 5v BEC as well and it does not have issues. |

AX10 came with the AE-1 ESC. It is 5v 1a. Not sure what to tell you. I have an AI Runner Rev, and needed a BEC just to run a Hitec 645 servo. Before that I had the same thing you describe, as it would stop fwd motion as you turned. |

Well I just ordered a CCBEC. When the steering is unloaded (aka I am holding it in the air) Forward and Reverse works fine. So that makes sense, it is drawing too much. |

Where are you at - Houghton Mi? No LHS up there? I buy most things used, but LHS in Holland Mi. has CC BEC for $24 out the door. Before I bought my CC link, he would even program it for me. Default out of the box is 5.1v. It's good to go. If anybody you run with has a castle link, they could set it up to 6v for you, which is safe for almost all servo's, so you could squeeze a little more torque out of the servo. |

Nope, no LHS up here. Stuck ordering everything from ebay or towerhobbies or where ever. Shouldn't need to program it 5.1 is enough for bashing and recreational crawling. Thanks for the help |
