| Anybody tear up JR9100hvt servo?
So was out testing the rig--and I got the "zing" noise from the servo. Tore it down and the flat gear (only plastic one) that rides against the motor gear tossed a couple teeth. I have looked everyplace for the gear set JRPSG8711HV but NOBODY has them in stock. Was wondering if anybody has had the same thing happen--and might know if that plastic gear is interchangeable with any of the other JR servos....

I've never had a problem with multiple 8711 or my 8711HVT. Good thing, Horizon's service is real good. Send it in and have them repair it. 3 year warranty. The only difference between the 9100's and the 8711's is the length of the wire. |
