I recently drove a friends 2.2 with a stick radio, and I think I wanna dive in a try the stick set up for my Hustler Super. What would you suggest for a JR radio?? Thank You!! Tom #93 |

| Its not a JR, but a DX-6 has been my choice for years. They are dirt cheap on e-bay. Top 5 at nats 2 years in a row. The mixing options are perfect for a super. I have a video somewhere, I'll post it when I find it.

I have a JR with all centering gimbles and ground frequency, used to be my old comp radio. I loved it. http://holmeshobbies.com/product.php...0&cat=6&page=1 The are the same body as the DX-6, just different color and frequency.

| Not that I can think of, you get 3 unlimited mixes, and new rx's are $50 and can handle (from my experiance) 8.4 volts at 20 amps on the bec. The traces are huge.

The dx-6 eats batteries, but there are 2 ways to fix that, the regulator mod, and/or a 2500 mah lipo.

I ran the big lipo. Do the regulator mod and with the lipo you could crawl for weeks.

More mixing and a 3 position switch are nice, but not needed.
