| Bec wire question
Seems like everyone puts their power wires on the battery plug coming off the esc. I have Tekin RS esc any reason not just to put the power wire's of the bec, on the battery post of the esc ? |

Nope, either way works. As long as the BEC is connected to the battery + and -, it will work. Be sure to remove the red wire on the ESC servo plug. Otherwise you'll burn up the esc.

As mentioned, BEC +/- end solders to battery plug along with ESC. Jconnector end can go into the BATT terminal of the Rx, must pull red wire out of the ESC connector. If you want it to power a single servo (High Torque steering servo) directly without powering everything else (ESC BEC can power the rest) then follow this. (ch 1 for steering servo) |
