I Buy there lipo's and now I'm pissed grr

Now I have to go some where eles for my lipo's any idea's. I just returend a battery that was bad thay gave me a discont for a new one but now there out of stock and arent going to make any more so Im thinking i got screwd.

Apogee Battery was sold on 9-4-09.
The new owners have chosen to focus on Military and Industrial applications, and have no interest in the hobby industry. As such, all current products have been deeply discounted and will not be replenished when stock is depleted. Additionally, no new discount codes will be issued for the Lifetime Replacement Program (the packs have been discounted far below 35%). Any current, unused, discount codes are null and void as of today.
It has been a pleasure serving the hobby industry for the past five and a half years, and we at Apogee wish you all the best that life has to offer. For us, a new chapter has begun which we are looking forward to.
