I fyou go to the vvery end ogf this manual i found: http://media.hyperion.hk/dn/eos/EOS0610iDUO-MAN-EN.pdf It says that for warranty / service, your first poitn of contact should be the retailer you purchased it from, and you need a recipet, etc. I guess that means if you bought it used, you are SOL. |

Contact Allerc.com, they are the largest distributor for Hyperion in the US.

Becouse it would not let ya Insert U.S In to the country box in the claim so the claim dont go threw. So I sent them a E mail and no word back. and yes it bought it new and Its just over a year old. |

yup been down that road and not trying to be a smart arse but it would be best to toss it and buy another. Took over 3 months to get a replacement and even the big shot hyperion dealers on this sit couldnt or wouldnt help. Finally the us distributer got involved and forced the online hobby shop to replace it BUT we were lucky enough to have records of where it was bought new. Without the reciept looks like round file materiel. sorry but they suck..

Ya I try not to buy junk and almost everything I by new so I keep all my recipets. I wanted a more lipo friendly charger and one that was more travel friendly than my Turbo 35 so I bought a it. and man I F'D up on that move. I'm just looking for a place to send it in the U.S.
