| 1 transmitter for 2 receviers?
I've got a Losi MRC using their DSM radio setup. Would like to know if I can buy another receiver and put it in my other car so I only have to carry around 1 transmitter... I would suspect that I could only use 1 car at a time (DUH).. But would I have to re-bind to each receiver each time I swap between cars?? Thanks for answer the NOOB question... |

Yup, and nope, no need to rebind. And you could drive both at once, which is great for comparing speeds between the two. And just fun. I have one DX3R and a four Spektrum receivers for it, three of which are different types. Two SR3000s, a 3100 and a 3500. I sometimes need to rebind them to the radio if I unplug a servo or ESC from the receiver, but I don't know why, my DX3 never needed that. And because Losi and Spektrum are all under the Horizon umbrella, you can interchange them I believe. Or just move your receiver to the other car? I did that for a long time. Heck I still do even with four receivers. |

It would appear the the Losi MRC and Spektrum 300 are the same ones, just re-branded... Trying to find an extra Losi recevier is about $75. Spektrum's you can find for around $40... Be nice if someone new for sure :? |
