Default Lipo questions

I am relatively new to lipos,,I've read a lot about them as far as charge and discharge, storage etc.

I have a couple of questions though,,,One is, can lipo's be topped off/ In other words,,if they are charged prior to use can they be charged to top them off even though they are already charged?

When using them,,say in a comp,,can they be put on a charger after a run to charge them back up before the next run?

Will either of these ways shorten the life of the lipo?

Thanks

Yes and yes. Either will not hurt the packs but if they are charged fully there is no need to top them off. Li-Po's don't drop like a NimH cell will over time.
