A Sidewinder will run your Cliff Climber. If I were you I would pick up the new ESC that Holmes Hobbies just came out with Same size and looks of the Sidewinder but can take a 6s lipo and has a built in 6v BEC!!! It is built just for crawling! And you cannot beat the price! http://holmeshobbies.com/product.php...4&cat=2&page=1

Does it have a drag brake?

If not worried about size a sidewinder or new holmes esc should be fine. An fxr would work also and is supper tiny if you have little space.
