Default 11.1v question

When running a 3S "11.1v" do i have to worry about the motor max voltage compatibility only or to all the other stuff like the receiver?
I see the rated voltage on my receiver: 3.5- 9.6V
will it get fried if i used it in a 11.1v setup

your ESC will have to be rated for 3s, it will power the rx at 6.0. depending on the ESC and the servo(s) you'll probably need a cc bec also
