TQ4 and 3Racing winch will they work together?

Hello

I am new to crawling and I have an SCX10 TR and I installed an 3Racing winch on it and I was looking for a cheap radio that has a 3 postion switch on it to run the winch.
I did a little search and I think from what I have read that a Traxxas TQ4 radio will work but no one in the threads I searched actually had the setup or used it.

So will it work for sure ?

My Speckrum D3 I have will not it is only 2 postion switch.

you can always put a 3 pos switch on a tq remote i think the 4 channel has 2 2pos switches, pm me i might i have a few radios that will work i can sell you if you don't already have the tq4
