need reccomendations on a few things

im planning on getting an ax10 rtr rock racer for christmas, but i want a faster motor i can change out to go faster. im going to get few motors: a 55t motor for pure rock crawling, the stock for a balance between speed and crawling, and im wanting to get a faster motor so i can just run it around the yard, but not bashing it. i'm looking for a faster motor that will work with the stock esc and wont have to worry about frying the motor, or any electronics. here are the specs on the esc:

also, what would be a good set of batteries for the electronics, and a good charger? not real sure about what to get, i'd like to have a chager that could charge it overnight, but it charges quicker it would just stop charging it
