Default Where to buy wet noodle wire?

Hey guys, Is there a place I can buy wet noodle wire(or any other flexable wire) "over the counter"? I've searched locally and found nothing.

Thanks in advance,
Todd

You won't find silicon coated wire.

Have any welding shops around? You can get heavy gauge flexy wire for pretty cheap. In places where they sell industrial electrical you can get flexible multistrand cables for extension cords as well.

Your not going to find silicone wire at home desperate or bLowes. Aside for your local hobby store your best bet would be an electrical supply store. Get the phone book out and start dialin. I was in the same boat, I finally caved and just bought it online. Got 6 feet of red, black and blue 12awg silver wire for 13.25 shipped. Thats less than .75 cents a foot. Most hobby shops sell it for $1.50 a foot.
