Default confusing receiver problem>>>

Novak XXtra receiver, futaba 3PKS, sidewinder or mamba max ESC , CC BEC and a mix of futaba/hitec digital servos.

The problem... neither the sidewinder or mamba will arm on one of the two novak xxtra's receiver's I have...dig and steering work fine... tried messing with nutral settings, calibrating, dead band and arming time... nothing will make these ESC's arm on one of the receiver's... the other xxtra receiver arms them just fine.

I tested the problem receiver with servo's on channles 1,2,and 3, all three function fine. So then I tried a Novak goat on the problem receiver... arms just fine:? then I tried bypassing the CC BEC and powering direct from the mamba and sidewinder... won't arm. Next I tried pluging the ESC's into steering(channel 1)... I had to mess with the steering wheel to find nutral but both armed fine... did the same on channel 3(dig) armed fine.

What the heck am I missing this one receiver will run servo's... and arm a novak goat on channel 2 just fine...plug in a CC ESC on channel 2 and it say's:?

I've now tried the problem receiver with... XL-5, AE-1, OLD tekin reble, Novak goat, OLD XL-1, losi MRC ESC and a HPI ESC.... ALL OF THEM ARM AND WORK FINE... Sidewinder, Mamba Max/Monster, mamba 25, sidewinder micro... ALL NOGO.

UPDATE:

Got it explained anyway... depending on who's tech your talking with it's either a weak receiver signal OR a weak ESC processor unable to use the signal ... what ever... I don't have to use a CC ESC on this receiver.
