i got a 7.4 2000 maxamps lipo in trade it does not have but three wires on the blance tab two black and one red. can it still be blance with out the white wire? thanks for the help |

Yes you can Balance it. 1 cell Lipos have 2 wires-2 cell Lipos have 3 wires and 3 cell Lipos have 4 balance wires.

it will take a charge . but my blinkie card will not show two cell chargeing. |

My 2-cell has 4 wires. Just to add to the confusion. I would check their website to verify what the wires or if there is an adapter. I need to convert my 4 wire tunder power to a three wire connection for my venom charger. The adapter was made by flylight or something like that. the package had all of the adapters I needed up to a 6s lipo.
