Sure can!! Keep an eye on heat on long runs though if you are pulling lots of amps. I haven't fried anything yet..... knocking on wood!

Thanks for the help and response. Do I need to reprogram my ESC's or just plug it in and play? I hope the super bully's are up for it.

| Just make sure you have your lipo cutoff set right. If you already have it on auto lipo you should be able to just go. Oh, and for the record, don't try 4 cell without a BEC.

Yes as stated above the Mamba Max works well with 4s.I ran a EMaxx with a Neu 1512-2.5 in it with a Mamba maxx and CC bec on 4s.It was run hard and raced off road with no issues.I was always a little leary about it but no problems.I bought a new Mamba monster and put it in after they where out for awhile, fried it about 2 weeks later. So back in with the Mamba Max and it was fine until they sent me a new V3 monster.I don't think we could run near the amperage that the Emaxx with the Neu pulled so I cannot see a issue. It is listed for 3s only but has the programming for low voltage cutoff for 4s.The bec is only good to 3s though. |
