Default Novak xrs help

i just got my tlt finish exceprt for my esc. i pluged it in and my steering is the throttle and the servo does not move what did i do wrong? and i am using a traxxas bec what channels should the servo be in and what channel should the esc be in?

The servo is going to plug into #1

I'm running that same one with no probs. It dose have a weak bec so i recomend adding the novak nitro regulator $20 at towerhobbies
