What radio system do you have? Does it have frame rate settings?

Default curious

Im curious same thing. I have a DX3R and the frame rate is set for digital but servo is still extremely "noisy". If the programmer actually helps I would be willing to invest in one as well...

Well I unhooked my bec and now I have no twitching. Could there be something wrong with my bec? I have the volts set to 7.4v but the servo should be able to handle that I guess im going to run it like this for now. 347oz tq should be good till I figure something out

BEC's will and can go bad.

The truck will probably start shutting down without one though.

are you using the bec just to power the servo or is it plugged into the receiver??? if your running it through the receiver, it might be the receiver not liking the high voltage. also, try playing around with the voltage, see if anything changes.

Also, what C rating is your battery?

I have found with my 3S 1500mAH 25C batteries that when they are nearing cutoff I start getting issues with my steering twitching. Occassionally, I would get a twitch in the steering, or stall out when really pushing the rig.

This is with the BEC set at 7.4v and wired direct to the servo.

With my 3S 1700mAH 35C batteries, no issues.

Cheers,
Mike.

Mine will only do this if the BEC gets switched off. Could easily be a bad BEC or as mentioned low power from your battery.

I had this problem last week at a comp and I ended up unplugging everything and plugging it all back in. Worked fine after that. I run the bec hooked directly to the servo. Not sure if there was a loose connection or some sort of interference. IMO the servo is not enough, when funds get better I will definitely be going for something with a higher torque rating.

i don t have a diagram, however all you need to do is remove the power and ground wires from the servo plug at the receiver and wire them to the bec. dont remove the red wire from the esc. the esc will now power the receiver and the dig servo.
