Default Tamiya RS540 Sport Tuned Motor 49/62 specs

Im trying to find out how many turns the Tamiya Sport Tuned Motor 49/62 has. I did a search of the forum, but from the looks of the "what are you running" posts, not many people use them anyway.

I have the generic info:

6-8.4volt (5-7 cells) usable voltage range
18,300 rpm at best efficiency
350 g-cm torque at 18,300 rpm
peak rpm: 21,000
peak current draw 50+ amps
1/8" motor shaft
2" motor leads with bullet connectors already installed

..... but Im getting conflicting info about the number of turns.

Some say 27, some say 23.

Anyone here know for sure?

Im running one in my SCX-10 with a 20t pinion/Futaba MC230CR ESC/8.4v 3800mah (sub-c) and am quite happy with the way its preforming, for a scale rig.

TIA!
